I appreciate always being able to get a hold of someone. One thing you could improve upon is getting someone out quickly (not like within a few days but within 1 day) when there is an issue in between services.

Usually Mr. James Golden does our quarterly pest control. This time, however, Morgan (Julia) Hatter did it. She was efficient, professional, and very nice.
I recommend Northwest. Bradley Howington does a rental house for us every month. He, too, is great - just like Mr. James and Ms. Hatter.

This month's inspection and treatment went well. One interesting point of improvement related to the emailed inspection results. The sent files were corrupted and wouldn't open. I need to call the office and have them resent.
