Technician is always reliable. He comes when he says he will come. Bugs are definitely under control. The few I see are dead, usually when the temperature changes or there is a lot of rain. The encapsulation that you all did has really changed things for the better in the house. I appreciate that you are honest and dependable!

You are dependable. My outside space has very few bugs; if any. My property is respected. Inside the house we ave not seen any termites or bugs.

Consistent. Any request to correct an issue is handled fast. The Staff is responsive by phone, and when on the job. We have had great service for many years. When living around the wooded areas of North Georgia, it's a priority to reduce / neutralize bugs, mosquitoes, carpenter ants, termites, etc. NW Exterminating does it well.
