Daniel was very thorough he paid attention to what I had a problem with then showed me how to alleviate the bugs by running the water to keep the trap flies out and to clean the drain with vinegar and peroxide then he explained how he would treat the problem and that if I needed to have him come back to treat again it would be free of charge. I do believe that your services have been effective over the years. I do miss having the same guy that I had for many years. I could even call him directly if I needed to. I was disappointed this last time that I asked for the technician to call me before he came to the house because I had a specific issue that I wanted to discuss and I did not receive that call. However, overall, I have been pleased.
We feel confident in Northwest Exterminating to help us keep our home free of unwanted pests year after year.
