Service has been reliable, such that when a problem arises, I know it's real. For example, when the interior of my home was overrun with tiny black ants, I knew immediately that this was a new problem. A call to NW effectively took care of that infestation, including any exterior nest sites. No more ants!

When we moved into our new home, we had ants. We contacted Northwest Exterminating and they got rid of the ants with regular pest control service. Did a thorough inspection and made a plan to return every two weeks to see if treatment is working. Looks to see how many bugs are caught in sticky traps. Seeing less bugs and hopefully with more treatments the bugs will be completely gone.
