From the moment he arrived, Brian was professional, approachable, and incredibly informative. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, answered all of my questions with confidence, and made me feel comfortable knowing my home was in good hands. You could tell he truly knows his craft. On top of that, he has a great sense of humor, which made the entire visit enjoyable.
Brian was also training a young man named Kendall, and he was just as kind, respectful, and professional. It was great to see Brian taking the time to teach while still providing exceptional customer service.
