I appreciated the technician who was patient and courteous to me and my disabled brother. His speedy work by getting the job done in time and let us know that he'd finished. He explained that a few bugs may still be around for awhile, but they will die. I only have seen 3 bugs in my room and my brother hasn't seen any.
