The service representative, Ryan Baker, having reached out prior to arrival, showed up on time, clean, professional and with a good attitude. We could tell he was knowledgeable and enjoyed what he was doing. He was very thorough and took the time to provide helpful information that we may better understand what we were dealing with. Our service tech was friendly, proficient and did an excellent job spraying inside (including the garage) as well as checking the termite traps outside. We are very pleased with the service we receive from Northwest Exterminators!
Since my service with northwest exterminating I haven’t had any issues with bugs inside or outside of my home. I receive an email before they come so I can be sure to have my dog inside. And on day of service my technician Jordan texts that he is on the way. If I’m home when he comes he always asks if I’m having any issues. He is very professional and friendly. The completed work order I get by email has very detailed information on the work Jordan did and what if anything he might have noticed. I appreciate that information.
