Friendly, professional and thorough
Northwest Exterminating always lets us know when they plan to come, thus, giving us a chance to reschedule if we want to. Their service technicians are pleasant and always give us a verbal report on their findings before they leave. Except for an occasional "water bug" in the kitchen we have seen no other pests. We could have them spray inside if desired but I have declined this as I don't want the material sprayed inside the house.
