We moved into a brand-new build end of October. Saw a substantial amount of ants, got proactive, hired Northwest in early November. It's ’s mid-February with not one ant in sight. That’s not luck. That’s effective treatment. Ran into some neighbors at orientation the other night who mentioned they had ants, while we were sitting there peacefully, ant-free . I casually become your spokesperson and recommended you. 😂

The service is always timely and if I need to reschedule there is never a problem with that. The technicians are courteous and willing to answer questions and follow up on concerns I might have. Also the office staff is helpful, courteous and easy to work with.
