How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Terrible highlight (4 big stripes nothing else) and when I told the stylist it wasn’t what I wanted she instantly blamed me saying she was in a hurry cause I was late. I was 3 minutes late then waited 10 mins to sit down while she finished her previous client. Being in a hurry doesn’t mean a crap job that you blame on the client

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Another great haircut at Rize Salon and I will be returning for another in 6 weeks! I like to keep my grey/sliver hair short, and I struggled to find someone who could consistently cut and style my hair in a way that I could easily maintain at home. After trying various salons around Brighton, and never really satisfied with the cuts, I found Lori at Rize Salon. I've been going back now for well over a year, and I am always happy with her work and the many compliments that I now get on my hair. I can't thank her enough for her skill and care that she takes, making sure that I'm always happy with everything, and I would recommend her to anyone who wants a great precision cut with lots of attention to detail.

I really enjoyed my time with Amber. She did an amazing cut and made me feel so much better about my newly developed post-partum hair loss. I’ve been having a rough time making sure I’m the best mom I can be. Amber reassured me that my hair shouldn’t be my worries because it looked great. She made me feel amazing and gave me an awesome hair do, after many months hiding behind a tight bun.I really appreciated her time.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I went in for a color, specifically an ombre. I wasn't aware that it would take more than one session to achieve the color I'm going for. I walked out with copper/orangy hair that looks awful when straightened (which is how I wear my hair).

Apparently I need to come back in 6 weeks for another session. I don't know if that would be my last session or if I need more.

In a nutshell, the process wasn't explained well and now I'm stuck with hair I don't like for 6 weeks. I walked out feeling worse than when I walked in.

I wish it could be corrected before the 6 weeks.
