What did you like most about your salon experience?

Devin took his time cutting my hair and blow drying, he was very precise and detail oriented. I did not feel rushed at all! The conversation was a delight as well. Devon is a keeper!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I felt like there wasn’t any privacy between stations. It was difficult to have a conversation with my stylist and not have those around hear what was being said. Just being a little further apart would be nice. So not sure there is a way to make things right as far as I’m concerned as far as your question goes.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

I always get great service at A Salon! I have been coming about two years. Karina is a fantastic stylist and does a great job on undercuts and women's short hair. Everyone in the salon is always courteous and ready to help if I have any questions. It's a great place, and I find the haircut fees to be a good value for the quality of haircut I receive.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I think the new young gal, Alaina, needs more practice before she continues to cut hair. She's a very nice and friendly person, and enjoyed talking with her, but my hair was not cut well. I'm sure that comes with more experience. I can recommend people to A salon in Brighton, but not having the same young gal to cut their hair. I know she's a level one, and I asked to pay a lower price, so was given her to cut my hair. But I was at least expecting someone with more experience and know how.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Came in for a bang trim, Austin I believe, my bangs are awful. Too short and uneven. He was talking soooo much the whole time, not sure he was paying attention. Won’t be back to see him

She hair stylist was so patient and friendly with my 6year old daughter. My daughter was so nervous about getting a haircut and she made her so comfortable.
