Hey Vicki thank you for your comments. Our stylist goes through training throughout their career with us and achieve promotions as they grow, For the guests we offer different level of stylists at different price points for everyone's comfort levels.
Our guest is given a choice of experience in stylists, you choose a level one who is in their intern and level one period. We will let Austin in on your concerns. If there is anything we can do for you please give us a call, we are happy to help.
I like my current stylist, but have just recently had a price increase without notice and had a challenging visit a while ago that really wasn't handled as well as it should have been. I run restaurant groups and have to do all of the above to ensure that the guests feel appreciated, other than my stylist, I just don't feel it there

Devon is wonderful, I will be back to see him. The prices on the products are way, way too high. $47 for a 10 oz bottle of spray-in conditioner? Come on.

Thank you for your concerns of the Aveda pricing I will say give it a chance this is a vegan company that is environmentally conscious and does great things for the community. The products are very concentrated so you should need to use less than other products thus it should last you longer than the average product. Let us know if you have any questions on usage.
I like the atmosphere snd the high quality service provided. .
That is why I have bern going to this salon for years and do not plan to switch

Obviously my cut is always great! The environment is very welcoming with a friendly and professional staff. There is no drama with any of the stylists and the salon vibe is always positive.

I took my ADHD 9yr daughter here. She typically has a hard time sitting, but they did such a good job with her, she ended up sitting there for 3 hrs as they did her hair. She not only got hair cut, but her hair was dyed as well.

I feel like you are more of a color salon than HC salon. I know you make more $$$ with color but I feel like you all need better training on short Haircuts.
