What could we do to improve?

Over 3 hours to get hair done. Had to leave without get hair styled because it took so long.

It does look like you guys added a haircut which takes longer than just the style service which might be why she was unable to style your hair. I will look into that more. Thanks again. What did you like most about your salon experience?

Salon was very clean with welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. I always go to Austin for my haircut and my daughter as well. He’s wonderful and very knowledgeable about hair care. Will definitely keep going back!!!

I really appreciate how quickly I get called back for an appointment with Emily when I’m on the cancellation list. Emily did a fantastic job with my color and haircut. I love it. She is excellent at listening to what my concerns are. I will continue to see her whenever I need a lift. Thank you, Emily.

I like my stylist and the vibe. The chairs for hair wash, etc. are terrible for one's posture !

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I am incredibly disappointed that the stylist did not wash my daughter's hair before the cut because "she was running short on time". I thought that was always included at an Aveda salon... Great Clips no, but Aveda always. I know the amount I paid sure wasn't adjusted.

I am always treated so well when I come in. Everyone is kind and friendly. Nanci did low lights in my hair which turned out so pretty. She did a great job and would have her do it again.
