I love how I look when I leave. I was so thrilled after my first visit and I am so happy that they can still safely do my hair with the COVID restrictions. I would recommend them to anyone.

Kenzie is awesome! I don’t always know what style is best for my hair and she always gives me her honest professional opinion. She teaches me how to style it, giving me a step by step explanation! Thanks Kenzie!!!

What did you like most about your salon experience?

I like Lori because she remembers me. She also will listen to me about what I want. The last haircut I had was the best one I've had with short hair!

What could we do to improve?

I have been with Rize for several years and have had several stylists. They leave, they come back, they leave . . . . I have had to change at least 4 times. It is very disheartening.

I really like how friendly the whole staff are and they know me by name. It’s a very welcoming place. Plus, I got a great haircut!

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Rize Salon is a fun place to go to. The atmosphere is so uplifting. My stylist is Emily. I am a fairly new client. She has a talent in being a stylist. She takes the time to talk to you about what you are looking for. I have had hair cuts, highlights, root colors, and full color. She does a beautiful job with color and cuts!

The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful and my stylist, Keisha, does such AMAZING color!! I've been going to rize since we moved to Brighton 7 years ago.

I feel very safe going to Rize because they are diligent about Covid precautions. It's the only place I feel I can truly relax while enjoying my time with my stylist Kenzie.

Emily is great! She answers my questions, even if they're a little crazy. She's so pleasant! I've only seen her a couple times due to my stylist leaving Rize, but I'm really happy with Emily and look forward to my future appointments with her.

I was able to get a same day appointment. All safety protocols were followed and I was in and out quickly with my first hair cut in 6 months!

What did you like most about your salon experience?

I love the haircut Lori did today and I would recommend her to anyone who needs a great cut. She really pays attention to detail and listens to al my concerns about my hair. I have many cowlicks, lots of curl which can be frizzy at times, and very thick but fine hair, and Lori always figures out the best way to help deal with all of those problems and I end up with a style that looks great and is easy to maintain. Thank you Lori! I'll see you in 6 weeks!
