A Salon truly pampers you from the moment you walk in the door.
Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
I always walk out feeling great, give them a try and they will not disappoint!

What did you like most about your salon experience?

I love Nancy. She is so good and a master stylist. She always helps me think things through when I'm thinking about changes.

I do think the product costs from Aveda are overly expensive, but the products are very good.
It's a very professional shop and a pleasant atmosphere.
I do recommend, just be sure to bring a little extra money so you don't get a sticker shock.

A Salon is AMAZING! Everyone is so thoughtful and professional. And what a fun team -- you can tell how much they enjoy working together and help each other out.

What could we do to improve?

Lately the way the receptionist on Fridays has been subpar. Charging me incorrectly and just overall not professional. My stylist remains amazing.

When I look back at your ticket the haircut was not taken off the ticket by your service provider therefore the front desk would be unaware of the change. I love A-Salon in Brighton! I've been getting my hair cut here for about two years. I would follow Austin anywhere he goes but I'm glad he's at A-Salon!

I loved everything about my A Salon experience from the moment I walked in until my appointment was over and I left. The personable, friendly, attentive staff made me feel welcome and very comfortable. My stylist did an amazing job on my hair! I highly recommend A Salon to everyone. I forgot to mention the large inventory of Aveda products, makeup, hair extensions and more.
