Hey Claudia thank you for your concern. The signature cut is an hour appointment so there is enough time. Let me talk with your stylist and check on the steps she did and which conditioning treatment that was recommended for you.
Everyone there is super friendly, the stylists listen and give me the haircuts and styles I want. The hospitality is great as well.

Stephanie always has great advice for me and does a wonderful job on my hair. The other staff is always kind and friendly and the salon has super cute gifts like jewelry and the hat bar. Aveda is my guilty pleasure so it thrills me that I found a salon that doesn't make me feel out of place. Thank you A Salon!

Karina always does an amazing job on my hair and always listens to what I am wanting and making it happen. I always look forward to my hair appointments with her because we always have a blast!
The salon is also always clean and organized and when I walk in whomever is at the front desk always greets me with a smile.

Well the front desk lady with blonde hair literally looked at me and rolled her eyes so she was super rude. My stylist was kind but didn't talk a lot and did not know how to style curly hair well.

$60 for a men’s cut is way to much. I’ve been coming there for 14 years you call me 2 times send me an email and also a text to tell me about my appointment but no call to say my cut is going up $20?

I had requested a signature cut, and unfortunately, the relaxation part with the massage was forgotten. Making the appointment felt a bit rushed when I called.
