It's neat and clean. I also like my stylist very well. The prices were a bit high though.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Karina is absolutely amazing! She is so kind, professional, and truly talented at what she does. I especially love her blonding techniques. She always gets my color just right and makes me feel so confident when I leave.

The salon itself is such a welcoming environment. Every stylist is friendly and pleasant, and you can tell it’s a healthy, positive place to be. I always look forward to my appointments here!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was charged $40 for a men’s haircut…just a haircut no shampoo. I had paid $35 for the past several cuts and that was $15 more than what I paid a local barber. A $40 cut plus tip is too much for such a simple quick cut.

I understand that it's hard when a stylist works hard and goes through the necessary certifications that takes them to the next level in their career. Doing this does change their price point. Stephanie is happy to give you a recommendation to another stylist in our salon that is a better price point for you. We want you to enjoy your experience here and are happy to answer any questions you may have. Our men's cuts do include a shampoo and hot towel so this I will check into for you.

Amanda, does a wonderful job on my hair. She listens to what I want and answer any questions I may have about my hair. The staff that work here are friendly and are also very helpful.

What could we do to improve?

Over 3 hours to get hair done. Had to leave without get hair styled because it took so long.

It does look like you guys added a haircut which takes longer than just the style service which might be why she was unable to style your hair. I will look into that more. Thanks again. Salon was very clean with welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. I always go to Austin for my haircut and my daughter as well. He’s wonderful and very knowledgeable about hair care. Will definitely keep going back!!!

I really appreciate how quickly I get called back for an appointment with Emily when I’m on the cancellation list. Emily did a fantastic job with my color and haircut. I love it. How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I am incredibly disappointed that the stylist did not wash my daughter's hair before the cut because "she was running short on time". I thought that was always included at an Aveda salon... Great Clips no, but Aveda always. I know the amount I paid sure wasn't adjusted.
