When you enter the shop you see and hear a waterfall which sets a peaceful scene.

Carla is full of smiles and greetings. She’s very enjoyable and sweet. The lowlights of color and the trim made a beautiful transformation! Thank you!

What did you like most about your salon experience?

I have been going to Emily for quite sometime for my color and cut. She is always quick to accommodate if I happen to have a conflict in my scheduled appointment. Emily is very good at listening to what I liked about the cut and color from the last time and tweaking whatever is necessary. The salon is very clean, and the staff so friendly. I look forward to getting my hair done with Emily. She is a master in her line of work.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

For a $60 updo, I expected it to last until the party….by party time, the curls had all dropped and fallen out.
Very disappointed. I told her I came in with no product in my hair and would need it to make it last. She added a puff spray product at my root, but nothing elsewhere. Half way through I asked for more curl and she took out the ponytail which pulled out lots of hair and it went from an updo to a down curl style.
Not what I asked for. Didn’t last. Very expensive.

What could we do to improve?

I feel like you are more of a color salon than HC salon. I know you make more $$$ with color but I feel like you all need better training on short Haircuts.

Hey Vicki thank you for your comments. Our stylist goes through training throughout their career with us and achieve promotions as they grow, For the guests we offer different level of stylists at different price points for everyone's comfort levels.
Our guest is given a choice of experience in stylists, you choose a level one who is in their intern and level one period. We will let Austin in on your concerns. If there is anything we can do for you please give us a call, we are happy to help.

What could we do to improve?

I like my current stylist, but have just recently had a price increase without notice and had a challenging visit a while ago that really wasn't handled as well as it should have been. I run restaurant groups and have to do all of the above to ensure that the guests feel appreciated, other than my stylist, I just don't feel it there

What could we do to improve?

Devon is wonderful, I will be back to see him. The prices on the products are way, way too high. $47 for a 10 oz bottle of spray-in conditioner? Come on.

Thank you for your concerns of the Aveda pricing I will say give it a chance this is a vegan company that is environmentally conscious and does great things for the community. The products are very concentrated so you should need to use less than other products thus it should last you longer than the average product. Let us know if you have any questions on usage.
