How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I am incredibly disappointed that the stylist did not wash my daughter's hair before the cut because "she was running short on time". I thought that was always included at an Aveda salon... Great Clips no, but Aveda always. I know the amount I paid sure wasn't adjusted.

The Salon experience was honestly one of the best I have ever really had. Darity was amazing and so sweet! She definitely gave me some confidence back with my hair.

I am always treated so well when I come in. Everyone is kind and friendly. Nanci did low lights in my hair which turned out so pretty. She did a great job and would have her do it again.

You need to be clear up front on your prices.
Tell people what they will pay beforehand so they can make an informed choice on services.

Cassie has been doing my hair for almost 13 years now and I’ve been coming here for almost 15 years and I won’t go anywhere else! I always have the best experiences and the staff is always so nice. My hair always turns out exactly like I want and I’m so thankful for Cassie!
