How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

After I got home and was able to see my little boy's haircut, it's uneven and does not look good. (My older child mentioned the haircut looks like a haircut from dumb and dumber)I wanted to keep his lenght up top and it was cut too short. Separately, my daughter was in tears. She wanted a simple bang trim. Too much far back was cut, not sure how that would be considered bangs when it was way to far back. They were too short from the front lenght and was also cut weird down to the sides. Now there's no way to fix the thickness since so much was cut off from her hair. Just very disappointed since people on Facebook recommended this place and it was not good for either of my kids.

Nanci is the most AWESOME colorist I have ever gone to in my life!!! And the entire staff is so incredibly welcoming. I definitely feel right at home with A Salon.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Waiting area chairs are very uncomfortable.

And the lighting above the stylists is terrible. It's just a large, harsh spotlight and darkness around it.

The Salon is very nicely decorated and has fun things for purchase. The staff is very friendly and my stylist Nanci does a wonderful job coloring and cutting my hair. I highly recommend this salon!

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Very friendly people there. And my hair stylist Stephanie, seemed to know exactly how I wanted my hair cut and did it in a way that I really liked. One that I can manage. I love the head and neck massages as well before the hair is washed. I was also served some hot tea before my hair cut.

What could we do to improve?

Had a great experience. Emily was awesome. FYI with a scale so big it's hard to get a 10 as there is always a way to improve. I think honestly it is a little expensive compared to other locations at least in the Brighton area.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I get my hair cut here every time I get it done, this time I paid about 25 dollars more than normal and usually I’m given the option to have my hair curly or straight after the cut, instead this time I was dried and rushed out so my hair dresser could move on to her upcoming appointment. Like I didn’t pay to have the appointment before….not only that but didn’t entirely get the cut I was looking for and couldn’t get it adjusted to my liking as I said I was rushed up front to pay don’t know if I will continue to get my services done here anymore unfortunately.
