The lady that cut my hair was very professional and friendly

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Grace cut my hair and she really knew what she was doing! She also had a great personality! When I got home, my girlfriend said that I look 10 years younger and she really did like that haircut. Great experience!
Y’all can improve by making it a requirement to bring your cosmetology diploma to the interview I got a haircut recently and she started to cut on one side of my hairline and stopped now I have one side cut and another side of my hairline uncut she was very unprofessional please review the footage from the store so that I won’t be made out to be a liar

The hairstylist was horrible. Worst haircut ever. Not sure how to make things right - I would never go back to that location. Any business that hires and retains that stylist with their incompetence and a questionable.
The stylist that did my hair this time was fantastic, she took the time to fade my longer hair on top to the low guard I like at the bottom. She knew exactly how to properly execute it. She was a very impressive young woman and you as a corporation should nurture talent like hers. I’ve had some bad experiences with Sport Clips but I don’t care much since I wear a hat most days. You need more of the young lady that did my hair this time. Please recognize her and I’d love to see confirmation that this was done.

I am not sure if the owner of the store ever reads these survey comments or if he ever recognizes the stylist for their good work but there are several ladies who do a great job and have a good rapport with the customers.
