Love to go swimming at the Y. Jamie is very friendly, the blond lifeguard very unfriendly doesn’t say hello. Hope the sauna is fixed soon. All in all I love to go there it is very well managed.

1. Quality of class offerings and excellence of instructors (e.g. Jasmine and Elizabeth, Cassie and Kate).
2. Cleanliness of the Y, including the Adult Female Locker Room. The woman who cleans there is so good!
3. The Snack Bar which has delicious healthy offerings and pleasant staff.

IT IS A HIGH QUALITY PLACE WITH A VARIETY OF EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES AND AN OUTSTANDING STAFF.
I ALSO TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE PHYSICAL THERAPY UNIT AT THE Y, AND IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

I have never taken group exercise classes before and the classes and the instructors at the Cape Ann Y are incredible! I started 6 months ago because I needed strength training and the difference in my abilities is huge. I can easily lift that suitcase over head now. I painted a whole room in an afternoon and it was no problem to reach high and squat low to paint. The instructors always offer modifications, the music is fun, and I keep coming back!

My twin boys are so excited every Friday to attend sports with Coach Austin. Austin is so engaging with all of the children in the class and keeps them entertained the whole time. He is a great addition the the Cape Ann YMCA!
