As soon as I walked in I noticed the new equipment, especially the section where there was a lot of activity close to the Help Desk. as I approached the Help Desk I was greeted by an employee who said "Hello can I help you" I explained I had had Y membership some time ago and was amazed by all the new equipment. The lady quickly explained what the equipment was for. I was given a wrist band and shown how each piece of equipment worked then set off on a circuit of tests to evaluate my ability.
This was a wonderful beginning for my return to regular exercise.

The Cape Ann YMCA is a very clean, comfortable environment to exercise in. The gym is large with a good amount of machines for every type of workout desired. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
