The North Shore Y offers so many opportunities for exercise for all ages!!! The beautiful surroundings make it a very pleasant experience.

should be a member.

I plan to swim 30 minutes a day, 7 days a week.

Great facility. Friendly staff. Very good classes and instructors (although some classes are getting crowded). Good gym equipment. Good parking. And it is great to have the cafe.

I use the pool and most times can get a lane to myself...also plenty of parking, clean locker rooms, great steam room and the staff is always friendly

What do you like about our program and activities?

Well run. Pool and area seems clean. Instructors very good and very nice. Locker rooms clean. Many of the shower accessories are broken, but the Y seems to try to keep up with the damage. Possibly more signs asking that the premises be respected and facilities turned on and off by parents if kids are too small. Can't believe adults are breaking all the shower heads and holders.

Great facilities, easy parking, always able to get on equipment

One comment, it would be nice to have another bench or two to sit while cooling down and getting refreshed especially after using bikes or treadmills

my tots loved basketball! THe coach was wonderful! He was kind and on par with the kids and they learned and had fund while doing so.

What do you like about our program and activities?

My twin boys are so excited every Friday to attend sports with Coach Austin. Austin is so engaging with all of the children in the class and keeps them entertained the whole time. He is a great addition the the Cape Ann YMCA!

Great facilities and nice people. Men’s locker room is a clear weak spot. Very institutional, what you’d expect in sold police station or hospital.
