Very well-equipped, very well-maintained, and very well-staffed facility. Equipment choices are extensive, there are never any complaints about cleanliness or lack of ready access to hand wipes, etc. and the staff is courteous, informed, and always ready to assist. The YMCA is an excellent example of an institution that succeeds in working in the best interests of all involved.

I only became a member in January but I'm so happy to have finally done it. I'm loving the group exercise classes, our kids are loving swimming (and kids' club!) and we're excited about camps and stuff as well. I know that other seasons of life weren't quite yet the YMCA-season for us, but I'm very glad we're in it now and prioritizing it! It's been great and I'm loving our new routines.
Love the water aerobics classes and liquid gym , love that they are offered in the morning.
The facilitate very clean, staff is groans helpful, love our instructor Scott. He makes us smile in every class and make the class fun.

I love my Beverly YMCA! It's a great place to exercise, make friends, amazing staff! Always clean ! I'm blessed being able to go there !

The Y needs to take a closer look at the spin studio as I often hear members complaining about the bikes and the sound system. Classes always start late because the bikes are so broken and there is only one instructor to help 17 participants with their bikes. It's a bummer that the spin studio is such a low priority.

There is so much there to offer to everybody. You can definitely find something to make yourself healthier and fit.

kind, professional, engaging, generous pickleball hours
Comfortable, clean, well organized environment for all ages, abilities, and needs. I began regular workouts @ the Sterling Center after I retired in February, 2020, and am continually amazed at the level, variety, and organization of all the various activities that go on all around me every time I'm there.
I like it, and think that they new changes will be good. I especially love the monday night spin class! I do know that it's a little expensive for some people though and I wish they had nutritional information more readily available at the cafe.
I truly enjoy Aprils class. I hope she will continue the yoga Pilates class.i also love Pickleball, and 202020 with Rhiannon. Beverly Y is so lucky to have such wonderful staff from instructional to house cleaning.

Everybody at the Y is so helpful and friendly. The facility is modern and extremely clean at all times. The instructors are knowledgeable and always ready to answer questions and provide support.

It's such a big, beautiful, inclusive facility. I love the welcoming, non-judgmental feel. I appreciate that there always seems to be an effort to improve the facility. It's a community center.
