I am so happy to be back at the Sterling Center-Y after a 6 year break! Before COVID hit, I was a regular there every day, in the weight room and in Karen S yoga classes.
I have taken Karen Sullivans yoga class on Monday Nights at Lynch Park over the last few summers. Maintaining this contact with her & this class, has made a huge difference to me.
I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to practice yoga outdoors, with her. It was a perfect, beautiful venue that became an amazing "event",with an amazing following of over 75 people- every week! Many of the same folks I remember from years ago, were there. The "Y" friendships really matter.
This is a testament to her ability, leadership, care and commitment to this community. She is truly what the Y is all about!
A huge thank you to the Y & to Karen, for this class!

Easy to use and very friendly

I like that there is support for the kids with the program and activities.

I love the program. Very kids friendly and supportive for kids who are nervous to get into water

Three weeks in and we are SO happy that we are doing after school at Hannah. The transition has been seamless. Having some of the ELC teachers there has been a huge help. The activities are great and above and beyond what I expected.

Everything! Our experience at ELC was nothing short of incredible. The teachers (special shout out to Coco, Tamara, Allie, Rie Rie, Elizabeth, Katy and Alma) are so special! They make learning fun and prepare the students for kindergarten. We miss being there! The admin is just as wonderful - Angela and Lorigan meet you every day with smiles and they know every child and parent names. It is a very special place.

I like that the programs and activities help the students grow their skills and develop their social relationships with others.

Good staff, not usually crowded. You need to start enforcing the tying up of equipment while using cell phones.

Large building, tons of activities, beautiful pool, nice locker rooms

I have been a member there for 17 or 18 years and try to go to class three times weekly. It is a wonderful facility and the instructors are fabulous. I only do the Fit for Life class but have used the upstairs equipment on occasion.
