TRX classes! More, please! Like many in my age bracket, I struggle with balance issues, and the TRX system gives me the stability and safety to get a fantastic workout.

Please add additional days to increase availability.

What do you like about our program and activities?

Love the enthusiasm of the teacher... sense of reading the kids and their abilities and needs. Good at attending to little ones and more capable ones...

Flow great... love the parachute and the many ways to use it with singing and play

Wondering if there would be more opportunity to work on the rings sometime if appropriate?

Thanks for a great job! The boys love coming!!

Fabulous new facility… yoga room was perfect with design and lighting… and the Yoga instructor named Leeann is what attracted me to begin with. I followed Leeann from Salem YMCA. She is the best!

Team coaches are amazing! They strike the perfect balance between compassion and discipline. Their kindness creates a supportive environment where the girls feel encouraged, while their firm yet fair approach keeps them motivated and focused on their goals.
