My daughter likes it!

I love love LOVE the Y! Wonderfully clean amenities, kind and well-versed staff, and overall nice environment. The only thing I would love to see more of is more mirrors in the weight room. Since the renovations, we've lost a lot of mirror space.
Great facilities, classes and community
I love going to the greater beverly YMCA with my two kids ages 4 and 7months. I am able to care for my own mental and physical health while having comfort in knowing my kids are happy and safe while I work out. I have been to other YMCAS and nothing can compare.
In addition to amazing childcare. The Fitness classes are fun, engaging, and you can always count on a great workout!
Lots of good things to do. New gear in the weight room. ( not good as Blink, but recently improved). Would really be great if you installed outdoor pickleball courts. Pickleball continues to be rapidly growing in popularity and the Y has an opportunity to expand its membership numbers by offering more places to play than it presently does. Not complaining, just hoping you can visualize this opportunity.

Quality of care!
The YMCA program has friendly and knowledgeable staff! They have a great schedule and a variety of activities. It's great to have set days for activities for consistency in schedules, but also to get the kids exposed to other things.
We have absolutely loved sending our daughter to the Greater Beverly YMCA for preschool. The teachers, staff, front office are all amazing! Our daughter loved the enrichments and thrived at the school there. Ms Alma and Ms Katy are the best and we were so lucky to have them teach our daughter for two years!

Arriving, all daunted by the prospect of having to workout!!!, one is welcomed with a smile, a genuine greeting, and open arms. This, though sweet, is a problem. It motivates you to work a bit harder.:)
Then one interacts with the associates. All are kind, compassionate, encouraging, and supportive.
The facility has consistently been well above par. In overall cleanliness, regular updates to the structure and state of the art equipment.
The best way to gauge this organization’s success, compliance with its mission statement, and overall excellence is not, and will never be found in these words. But in the faces of happy and eager children who skip and hop coming in, singing when departing. It is found in the joviality of the elderly who come to the Y secure in their welcome. Secure that they are participating in a better way of life, afforded through the Y.
The Y has long stopped being a gym. It is now a destination for members of all ages.
Wonderful facilities, wonderful staff and enjoyable members make every visit a wonderful experience.

Beautiful, clean gym with such pleasant employees. Also the childcare staff is incredible.
Kids enjoyed the experience of trying the high ropes course, archery, and walking through the woods.
