Though I don't go enough, I find the classes are good and the people working there are friendly and helpful.
My child is in kindergarten and always requests we pick him up later because he is having so much fun with friends and staff.
My Grandchildren adore this program, teachers and facility. They look forward to coming every Saturday and I personally am looking forward to being the Team Grandma when the time comes. We actively recruit our family members to join and love to share photos on social media of how happy they are after class.
The instructor is great with getting the girls to listen. My daughter loves Laura.
Divina adores gymnastics! It has been a. Challenge for us to fit in this year, but we are so glad we decided to join. The only thing is that there has been zero communication about dates when there is no class (for vacation etc) and no communication from instructors in general. It would be great to feel more connected and hear from the Y. We are a YMCA family but Cape Ann is our home, so we don’t hear the news from anyone- I feel a bit out of the loop!

Everywhere it is evident that the entire Y team is dedicated to helping people grow from their earliest years into their golden age with healthy habits, consideration for others, positive attitudes, and with a deep and abiding sense of responsibility to self and the community. The Y staff are consistently upbeat and inspiring in their service. The YMCA is a vital leader in every community it serves.
Its a friendly place to go and exercise. There is a wide range of machines to use exercise all parts of your body. Lee is my PT and is wonderful to work with.

I think it's great. You offer wonderful programs and have the latest workout equipment and an ample amount. You offer child care which I have heard is wonderful. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. I find that all of the employees are very nice and always there to help and advise.

There are so many options for fitness, trying a new activity, family activities etc. The environment is cheerful and spacious and meets all my fitnes needs.

I do wish there were more 1 hour long classes versus 45 minutes. Other than that, love everything!

I love the coaching staff. We tried other gyms before the Y and they lacked good coaching. I see my child receiving individual instructions and feed back here. She has excelled since joining the program
