The Y is a family-friendly, place that is welcoming to all North Shore folks. The class offerings are terrific with excellent teachers. I'm a Zumba person and have been to other Y's. The Sterling's teachers are superior. We all also really like the addition of the coffee bar. I grew up being a member of a YMCA and to see the community come together here is great.

Although I do not have kids, it’s seem like a great place for the whole family, Keeping families active and kids engaged is so helpful to living a healthy lifestyle. Keep up the good work.

The Y is clean and the staff (from reception, to management to instructors!) are amazing. Not to mention that you have a dry sauna! Also, I failed to mention in the past what a fine personal trainer Lee Benton is! What else can I say? It's a great Y and I feel fortunate to be a member.

Is it possible to add some small benches and more hooks inside the Family Locker Room showers? hard to keep stuff dry while helping the little ones shower.

I think the Y is great.
It's a very friendly busy place. I love the feeling of the sauna, the smell of the cedar and the convesations. After months of isolation, it is a refreshing change.
The Y has everything I need to maintain a good physical standard I have set for myself.
