The yoga Sculpt class was such a good workout!!
I have only tried a couple of classes since I only have been for one week, but those classes were very good. I like how the Core 1 is so well organized, so after the first class I could follow along very easily. I went to the Sculpt class once, which was hotter and harder, but hopefully I will improve quickly in that one too. I am looking forward to trying other classes. The teachers have all been great, with good enthusiasm and the demonstrations really help me understand what to do. The location is really nice, the rooms spacious and the temperature control really works well. It feels quite cozy! Other patrons were also helpful in their support and comments. All in all I really like it.

Luv everything about this place. My only recommendation would be before cancelling classes for half a day because of the holiday ask students what classes they would attend. There are always people who don't celebrate and want to teach or take the class
Loved the welcoming front desk/yoga instructors. Classes were challenging yet doable. Studio was clean.

great instructors, really good workout routines, and beautiful, bright, large space. also love the music/playlists.
I brought my engineering dad with me and he insisted on wearing jeans for his first class. I was so pleased the instructor didn’t make fun of him or say anything about his clothing for that matter. We took a C1 class that was a good workout for both of us. The teacher gave him the right amount of attention in the new poses. I also loved the neck massage I got.
The facility was clean and welcoming.
I wish you had a facility in Mountain View and/or Los Altos.
I love the class structure and energy from the flows to the upbeat music! Every instructor is well educated in the practice and helpful to all that are attending. The studio is very clean and everyone is so nice.
