I love CorePower and all the classes! My only suggestion would be to move sculpt back into the large room. It is becoming a safety issue as someone dropped their weights and almost hit me and a few other yogis since we are so packed in. The experience is just not as good when it is so packed. I feel bad for the teachers.
It would be great to add one more sculpt class during the week - maybe 1:30?

The instructors at this studio are spectacular. They are very personable and truly care about getting to know the students. I am so inspired and motivated to come in everyday to practice yoga.

Yoga
HPF was the first heated class I had ever taken, with Jules. It was incredible. Finally had the experience that I was looking for in yoga; cleansing, challenging, and inspiring.

Very happy that there have been so many Yoga Sculpt class times added since the fall. I love that class and I feel as though it is the best workout! Very happy with Winchester :)
Super helpful to have more class times with the schedule!! One other note of feedback: recently I’ve noticed spots are being saved by instructors for people they know that show up closer to when class begins. As someone who generally shows up 20-30 min early, that doesn’t seem fair . For those that take the time to plan ahead, it’s off putting to see others show up 5 minutes (or less) before class and get a spot that would have otherwise been used by someone who arrived earlier. I get it every once in a while if someone realizes they are going to run late but really hope it doesn’t become a regular occurrence.
Jackie has done a great job at Golden Triangle - the studio is always clean and there are several amazing instructors: Lauren, Jackie and Hesham are my favorites

Corepower yoga is fantastic since I can go to many studios and get a variety of teachers and classes with many options throughout the day. Winchester specifically has a great manager (Taylor) who makes everyone feel welcome and heard. The SET cleaning team is great as they efficiently and thoroughly clean. The only 2 things I don't like about this studio is that the sculpt room is too small front-to-back. It's barely too short to add an extra row of mats. That should have been thought about before building the studio. Maybe orienting the room 90 degrees so that the "front" of the room is the other mirrored wall might make a difference, but it may have the same issue. The 2nd thing I don't like is that the locker room is kinda too small. Maybe 1 of the wooden benches should be removed or moved because it's hard to even walk in there after a class. Otherwise, great job by all the teachers, managers, and SET!!!
This location is smaller but I love that it’s more personable. The instructors are all great!

The yoga Sculpt class was such a good workout!!
I have only tried a couple of classes since I only have been for one week, but those classes were very good. I like how the Core 1 is so well organized, so after the first class I could follow along very easily. I went to the Sculpt class once, which was hotter and harder, but hopefully I will improve quickly in that one too. I am looking forward to trying other classes. The teachers have all been great, with good enthusiasm and the demonstrations really help me understand what to do. The location is really nice, the rooms spacious and the temperature control really works well. It feels quite cozy! Other patrons were also helpful in their support and comments. All in all I really like it.
