Winchester stopped giving daily C1 classes, so no longer go there.

Sculpt
I did a Sculpt with Sonja. She is very energetic, makes 1hr of intensive workout seem shorter. Very clean and tidy changing room+bath.
Most instructors are very nice and well trained. The place is clean, and has good energy, initially emit by the staff maybe. I appreciate it!
I liked the yoga teacher I had, Kirsten. Phenomenal class and great personal adjustments. 👏👏👏
