My carpets are clean and dry very quickly. What I like the most is the quality of the people that you have working for you. Everyone has been super polite, clean cut and prompt. I trust you in my home.

Technicians were friendly, professional very careful. The sofa and carpet were clean and free of that soapy feeling the other guys leave behind. Everything dried quickly and with out that stiff feeling and just cleaned smell. First time we have actually been wowed buy a cleaning service.

The cleaning of 4 rooms of carpeting was reasonable. However, I would caution anyone considering upholstery cleaning to examine the cost carefully. I paid more to clean one sofa than I did for the 4 rooms of carpeting. To be fair, when I complained, I received gift cards for future use.

They were very professional and my couch cleaned up really well. I’ll never try to “do it myself “ again. More importantly, they were honest. I have two cotton chairs that they questioned. After test cleaning an area 3 times, we decided the chairs would not clean, so they took them off the bill.

Nick was so friendly and informative. He was not grossed out at all by my doggie dilemma (it was nasty) and didn't make me feel the slightest bit bad for having him clean it up. Obviously Tanner was very thorough in his cleaning of the shower and tile and tub in the master bathroom that we just remodeled. He explained the time frame that would be necessary to clean the shower and set the expectations for the "final product." We believe that he exceeded those performance expectations.

In our wrap up conversation Tanner noticed that there was a possibility that our air ducts might need cleaning and provided us with an estimate.

Zerorez technicians have done outstanding work in cleaning our carpets and our tile and grout and we will keep coming back. Additionally we are recommending Zerorez to our neighbors and friends.

Customer service is good, the product you provided was good, you are clean just like the other companies except don’t use the harsh detergents and I like the product you guys are selling and it works. Technician did a great job. Nick was very thorough and explaining what he was doing, and very thorough in the work that he actually did was extremely friendly and overall he presented a good presentation for the company.
