Excellent, Justin was a great technician. There were a few really tough stains that wouldn't come out (but I don't think anything would have gotten them out). Justin was extremely hard working and honestly a great person to have around. Was overall very happy and impressed.

Alex provided awesome service. The products especially the carpet rake which we have never seen before were top notch. The carpets throughout the house looked like new when the job was completed and the price was competitive.

The technology used to make an appointment, keep the customer informed, plus the ease of payment. I do not like chemicals, so it was nice to use a service that minimizes their usage. The carpet was very clean without residue and smells very fresh. I was amazed the 12 year old wool rug looks almost like new. Also, the porcelain floor tile and grout is beautiful.
