Mainly I like the fact that you have easy parking. I had considered going to the Giant shop at Ashgrove, which is about the same distance from my house. But the thought of trying to find a flat parking spot in a busy area, then getting a heavy bicycle off a roof rack while there might be pedestrians around was not appealing. You have a nice quiet flat street just next door, with easy parking.
No complaints about your service. You don't appear to have much merchandise, other than bicycles. Maybe that is good, stops impulse buys!

You can see the bikes being worked on and the care that is being taken by the two young guys working there who have obviously been well taught and educated on the fine tuning of bikes

My grandson had a problem with his gears so he put his bike in with My Bike 'shop and he was more than happy when he picked up his bike. He felt like it was a new bike again, the gears were working perfectly, he also had a bald tyre and worn back brake. The shop rang me and told me of the bikes problems and I gave the authority to fix it. My grandson was so pleased with his bike as it felt like 'new' again. Thanks My Bike Shop for your service.
