I thought the teachers' cueing was clear and timely. The staff were so welcoming and warm. In addition, the studio has a wide range of styles.
Super helpful and friendly instructor! The class was awesome, because the instructor explained things well, and I truly felt great from the routine we did. It was a great mix of slower-paced moments to get acclimated and then faster paces of doing the same poses again later. I'm grateful I could go, and am excited to go again soon

Quality of teachers and facilities.
The studio was super clean and had a great vibe - from the locker room to the yoga studio! The instructor was super encouraging and had a great energy and I left the class feeling like I had a great workout! Her playlist was amazing too which made it even better!
Another clean and friendly studio in the DMV area. I use this studio often when visiting friends in Arlington as it is conveniently located right next to the Balston Metro Station.

My instructor, Andrea, truly brought the perfect energy for our class. This was only my second time taking a class and I felt very welcome once I got there and confident to take the class. She was clear with all her instructions and I was able to get a great workout in. It was a fantastic way to start my day and I will absolutely be recommending taking Andrea's classes to all my friends. Her playlist as well was awesome!
