I love how each class is different! If I could change one thing though, I would love an early yoga sculpt class, like 5:30 am! Finishing at 7:30 doesn’t give me enough time to shower and commute to work so that greatly limits the amount of times I can go to class

What do you like about our products and services?

The studio is great and new and clean. I would recommend advertising an easy way to find the location because I wandered around for a good 15 minutes before I could find the place. The Wilson Blvd address is very misleading.

What do you like about our products and services?

The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, kind and non-judgemental- not just at Ballston but at Falls Church as well. I am so happy I joined and though it is a sacrifice as it is quite expensive on a teacher’s salary, because of teachers like Chereen, Meghan, Barbara and Melissa, I am going to make it work!!!!

The are numerous classes per day and the instructors are friendly and challenging.

The studio was clean and modern, fully stocked! More mid-day class would be awesome. Also, I wish the music played during class was a bit more relaxing and traditional yoga music.
