The instructors are all so friendly and open to any song suggestions or physical needs or assists during class, and they stay after and talk to you about class and what you need more or less of. The studio itself is always spotless and so well kept, with clean towels and yoga mats all the time and a clean bathroom. The studio is walking distance from the metro and right next to the Ballston quarter so its in a great location to get a workout in any time of day! Love this studio!

The instructor, KT, was the best instructor I’ve ever had! She explained everything perfectly, the flow of the class was flawless, and she was encouraging, but not over involved in our individual practices. She made me actually enjoy yoga, when I never had before.

the instructors are all so skilled and bring different poses and yoga sequences to every class. I love the studio and how clean and well organized they are! The bathrooms are always spotless and there is plenty of storage for your bags and coats.
