Ireland Horan's Yoga Sculpt class at CorePower is truly invigorating. Her dynamic style keeps participants engaged and motivated throughout the session. She has a remarkable presence that creates an inspiring and energetic atmosphere. Additionally, her use of voice is exceptional, guiding and encouraging everyone to push their limits while maintaining focus and alignment.

Maria A, Emma A, and studio manager Billy are awesome. They are so friendly and welcoming. They greet me by name and make me feel welcomed at the Ballston location. The studio is always clean and the classes are always good. Keep up the great work Ballston!

Ballston is my home studio. The location is incredibly convenient, the interior has plenty of space, the flow spaces are well-plotted with mat markers. Billy and Mary and Lauren and Rachel are my fave instructors. I'm constantly telling my friends they should give it a try.

I had a great time. I had previously attended a couple classes(C2 and Sculpt) in a Denver location and enjoyed them, but this Sculpt class was even better. The pacing was perfect. I was exhausted by the end and felt great.
