I love Core Power. I've never been in such good shape in my life and really love the classes offered along with the teachers. I highly recommend this workout if you want to see results quick, feel better, get better sleep and de-stress!

The instructors are awesome, as is the atmosphere. But PLEASE turn up the heat for your classes — especially HPF!! That class needs to be hot and humid!! Thank you!!
