It was the driver’s first time delivering to our home. The driver was friendly, explained what he needed to do and he closed all the doors when he completed filling our oil tank.
We have used Cash Energy for many years, our “regular” delivery gentleman was terrific and had our routine down. So if we were not home, he knew the plan.
My advice is to do whatever it takes to keep great drivers! They are the face of your company!
