I had a delivery yesterday @ 6 Pullman Ln. Nashua. I was home and didn’t see him arrive so I didn’t move my car so he could use my driveway for better access to my tank. Instead he had to walk over a snow bank which I have no control of. If this message is received please apologize to the driver for me. I tried calling the office after he left but I was on hold forever so I just gave up. Anyways, much appreciated if gets my apologies.

Takes a little time to get to customer service but when you talk to someone they are very helpful. Technician are on time and do quality work.
I like your customer service, because it is local and every time I've called I have gotten a real live person who has helped me with my issue. I also appreciate the payment plan option as we are on a tight budget. One thing you could improve is allowing us to change our gallons year by year more easily. Right now there are a lot of hoops you have to jump through to do that. So I end up just keeping the same amount as the previous year even if I'm not using as much oil. Still, the oil that I purchased stays mine so I can always use it the following year...

I have been very satisfied with your products and service. I like automatic filling and automatic payment. Holden Oil came this week and I had to ask if they were filling for Rymes. After what happened in MA with an oil truck going to the right address but not correct town, I wanted to make sure they were suppose to be here. They explained they worked for Superior so everything was fine. Peabody a long ride to Hudson.
