The explanation of delivery and charges helps me understand what exactly I am paying for. I also like the text and email notifications.
I was happy with fast delivery. I was upset about not being able to track work the delivery was coming as when I logged into my account I couldn’t view anything. Also was annoyed about taking the money out before delivery then delivering and waiting 24 hours to take the balance out.
Whygo through all that trouble? Just take it once and be done.

I've found Downeast Energy to be reliable, and dependable. Communication is great and any questions I've had have been answered immediately. I am sorry that Downeast is no longer a Maine based company, but I have seen few, if any, changes since that took place. Pricing is a bit higher than other companies but I would recommend Downeast without any reservations.

This was my first delivery .
As I may be away from my house for extended periods of time, I am on “Automatic “ oil fill. Rymes has insured my tank always has sufficient oil. I have also requested that a winter fuel conditioner be added to my tank replenishment each time and Rymes has added that conditioner.
