Your phone system is Terrible !!! I spent over 4 hours over three days trying to reach a USA BASED rep Not Canada. I was so upset I was shopping other local propane companies. Doreen is awesome. Phone system is AWEFUL !!!!

We have been Downeast customers since we began heating with oil in 2000 - about 25 years. We feel we are a part of the Downeast family with the pleasant and on track replies when we call the office to the quick and efficient technician replies to service our furnace and equipment. We know we are in excellent hands and that is comforting to us "older" folks!
