Technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make sure everything was set up properly and even corrected the gas pipe at the fireplace which was done wrong. They explained everything that they were doing and what I should know about using propane and the logs that go in the ventless fireplace. PLUS, I was grateful tht you have a customer service that actually answers the phone rather than an AI system. Today I received a call from another gas company following up on a inquiry I made for gas more than 2 weeks ago on line, and they called me back today. I told them they lost the opportunity to get a new customer because they did not answer the phone and Freeman did.... so just feedback that AI is not always in the best interest of companies looking to employ less people. Staff your company to meet the customer demand and we will truly appreciate it everytime! This is why I went with your company.
