I like the fact that you can pay monthly for future deliveries. Also, it's comforting to know I don't have to run out and check the meter every month to see if I need to order gas as deliveries are automatic. The staff are friendly and very helpful when you have a question.

Your customer service phone # is useless. I called SEVERAL times, and spent about 2 hours on hold. I also used the "call back" option, but after 3-4 days I never got a call back. I finally sent a note to your Contact Us link, and someone did call me back 2 days later, but she was very nice and got me taken care of.
