Excellent, friendly, courteous customer service at the local (Rutherfordton) office level.
A competitor told me that THEY would monitor customer owned tank and fill it when THEY thought they should. THEY don't put propane in my tank anymore, Thompson staff listened to my concerns and my tank stays about 50% now, just how I like it.
