The associate I talked to on the phone was very helpful, professional, positive, and cheerful. I was told it might be several days before I could get some propane, which was fine, but ended up getting some within two days.

What I like is that you're always reliable. After Helene when we were struggling to make things work and make things fire up again for the gas, you guys were right there and understanding about billing being weird and the male being weird. And you were appreciated more than you know. So being part of our hometown local group has meant that you guys know what it means to be local.
