What I like is that you're always reliable. After Helene when we were struggling to make things work and make things fire up again for the gas, you guys were right there and understanding about billing being weird and the male being weird. And you were appreciated more than you know. So being part of our hometown local group has meant that you guys know what it means to be local.

good response to refueling requests. Friendly people on the phone. One area that I think would be a nice change is the way you all come up with estimated fuel to be added when we give you our current tank percentage. Invariably the quantity is not close to the amount precharged on our card and we either end up with a overcharge or additional payment that should be settled. Why not just have authorization from customer to charge the exact amount of the fill up after the fact?

There is nothing special about propane. It's a commodity where price is the main factor for choice. What differentiates a distributor is the level of service provided to the customer. Freeman Gas has very good customer service, in that they actually answer the phone and respond quickly to customer needs. Their technicians are friendly, courteous and take time to answer questions. Importantly, Freeman is proactive, showing up to fill the tank as soon as levels dip below 35%. I recommend Freeman.

I liked the Freeman Gas service better than Superiors "auto fill-up." I had to wait two weeks after requesting propane using the phone (several phone calls) and Superior's app. I love the drivers and the "Freeman" name on the trucks. The drivers are so courteous, informative and knowledgeable about propane! We love our propane!
