Tony the manager is always thinking of his clients, we are about to have a bad winter storm and he made sure to top off our tank, just in case we lose power and we need to use our generators. That whole office is great, from repair guys that are knowledgeable, to office personnel which are friendly and helpful ❤️

Concerned that there’s no longer a local presence to visit in person. Also, on hold for too long at the 800 number.
I needed my tank filled before the ice storm and they responded with a delivery in 24 hours even though they said that would not be possible before 14 days. I am glad that I have remained an automatic refill customer since 2015.

I had a wonder experience when I was worried as the ice storm was supposed to hit Saluda, NC the next day. I called because my tank had only 18 % Propane and we were going to have subfreezing weather. My HVAC, hot water heater and stove use propane. I saw your seviceman filling up my neighbors tank and I spoke with him. He came right over and filled mine, too. He was a wonderful, caring man. I want you to thank him again for me. What a blessing he was!
Customer service was great.
They went above and beyond to get us filled up with gas in preparation for the upcoming ice storm. The delivery driver did not get here until 7:30 PM and still got us filled. I highly recommend them. Great customer service.
