I like the Freeman Gas folks in Sylva. They are friendly and very helpful. I am as thrilled with Superior. I rather deal with people in the Sylva office .
We called just a few days before the big ice storm was supposed to come. We were told we could expect delivery in 7 to 10 days. We were very pleasantly surprised when two days later the truck was pulling into our driveway and filling our tank! Awesome service.

We were told it could be 14 days before we would receive propane, but they came out in two days, prior to the winter storm hitting our area. We are out of power, but our generator is working. Thank you for servicing our tank prior to the storm!
The local people worked hard to take care of my needs in a timely manner. The manager, Brad and office manager Amanda were very helpful and so was the driver. They need more employees and need the Clyde office reopened. Call centers don’t work. They don’t answer the phone and if they do, they tell you don’t have an account with them. They don’t know us or what they are doing when they are not local. That happened to me this past week. I am soo thankful that the sylva location was open and Amanda and the manager could help me as in fact I do have an account. The person at the call center that picked up an hour later did not know what they were doing. So to the powers that be, please listen to your employees on the ground. They need more help and know what they’re are doing. So thankful for my local Freeman employees that helped me.

I had issues with customer service not calling me back but was very quick getting my tank out here and installed after i was able to get to the right person.

Very prompt service. I noticed my tank was down to 15 g I requested service on line two days before the storm. While the automatic response to the online form said please allow 14 days to resond they were out next day. Giving us peace of mind just before the ice storm threat hit us.
