The pre- buy plan. The service I was not happy that my tank was empty again when I thought I’d been put back on automatic fills after same discussion last year. I think since I used to get my propane from Blairsville before Superior bought Freeman is when that changed for me. I think it was called keep full back then.
I also had a leak this time. Guys working in it kept me informed step by step what they were doing. Never had a problem with service with you.

Wait time on phone is way to long. Average 40 min wait to speak with representative....must change system when ordering to leave number and call back. However every rep I spoke to was very pleasant and a sense of humor
