Customer service, ease of ordering gas aa being able to repurchase gas
I called about 5 days ago and stated that my tank was at 40% and i did not want to take gas from anyone that may need it but would like a refill in the future due to the bad weather approaching. I was told it would be 15 days, you came in about 5.. Thanks.

On another note: The gas tank fill cap (plastic is breaking) needs replaced. It is falling apart and hopefully none of the plastic will get into the tank or obstruct the fill valve area causing a leak. I can send some picks if you wish.

They were very efficient and brought my gas in a timely manor before the storm hit us..they were so professional and the delivery driver was very nice and respectful of our yard and just pleasant demeanor, all in all we were really satisfied with the whole process.
We weren’t expecting service for ten to fifteen days and the gas was delivered the following day.

They have provided consistent service and there monitoring for when to refill is nice and allows me not to have to worry about it.

Ease of requesting a delivery online. Prompt delivery. Easy online payment. I usually do most everything online, although I stopped in the Blairsville office a couple weeks ago. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable, very nice, and got me an answer quickly!

The driver Scott was most helpful in explaining the issue and suggested having a monitor installed to notify company of low level of propane.
Services are always just a phone call away. My tank got low ahead of my auto fill time but all I had to do was give them a call. Came out in just a couple of days
