Heat stopped working during the night. Tank showed 45%, but was actually empty according to the HVAC guy who came out...Kudos to Heath. That tank is another story and will deal with that this week, but called on Saturday morning when the office was closed and as the snow was on the way and Reed Gas was there within 30 minutes to fill my tank and get the heat going in the house. I can't say how impressed I was. Thank you for your quick delivery.

Great serviceman who filled my propane tank in the bitter cold, he came out to be sure my tank was full before the snowstorm!
Both service Techs were very knowledgeable and PROFESSIONAL.
Much better than Freeman who did not refuel us before we ran out. We are up in age and three times we ran out propane in very cold weather with Freeman…….so far this has been much better service. And I would recommend this company.

I love the monitor on my tank that shows how much fuel is in there. BUT I am very disappointed, frustrated and upset that for 3 days I called and could not get through to a person. The first day I was on hold for 53 minutes - listening to the same little commercials over and over again. I was calling to have my delivery changed to half a tank instead of a full tank. I am moving the middle of February and didn’t want to waste money on propane that was going to be sitting in a tank at an empty house, which is now going to happen sine the fuel was delivered on the third day of my trying to contact you. I even went to the store in Brevard only to find it had closed months ago!
I do not have to be concerned about having enough fuel. My tank was filled just prior to the winter storm that hit.
