I never have to call for gas. Something (I can't recall what it is called) is attached to the gas tank that let's the office know when my gas is low. The men on the gas trucks are always courteous and friendly.

We wonder why we cannot purchase our rental tank after several years. We plan to be here for decades This is our forever home. We have a 12- gallon tank. I was told that it is because you would not have enough in your inventory for new customer's to rent. Do you ever make exceptions. If so, let us know the price.

I have a vacation home in Western NC. I don't occupy the home a lot during the winter and a tank of gas may last three years. I recently checked the tank and realized I would need to have the tank refilled for winter heating to keep possible water pipe freezing and damage and heating if we decided to go up during the winter time The office staff was very helpful in getting a delivery scheduled. The delivery driver was very good as the house is in a wooded area and the driveway is gravel and not paved. Thank You to all the employees that helped with the delivery. I don't have to worry about frozen pipes or having heat when I visit this winter.
