It’s easy!! All I have to do is look online in my portal and I can easily find the information I’m looking for including the current percentage of propane in my tank. Since the company monitors that number I don’t worry that I will run out.

I dont have to keep up with when to call for fill ups, Freeman does that for me. They send me an advance notice as to when they will be making a delivery. My account is set up on the budget plan with an auto draft each month. Bottom line is, I dont have to keep up with anything because Freeman does it for me.
I know our lane is challenging but your drivers perform wonderfully. And you anticipated our delivery need—so important to do during good weather as our lane becomes impassable during snow events. Thanks, you’re the best!
Our delivery driver Marvin! Our property is gated, we have a lot of animals so access to our propane tank needs to be arranged. Marvin has been our only delivery person & his consistency and knowing our property has made a huge difference since we changed providers.
I use Freeman Gas for my vacation home and have automatic delivery service which I like and have never run out of propane I also like being able to pay for propane over time with monthly payments

That you are always quick to respond. I don’t like the fact that you put something on the tank that I OWN without permission but I understand that it will benefit the both of us.

I appreciate your promptness in refilling our propane tank, which we rely on for our heat during cold weather. I also look forward to having a free monitoring device installed in our tank, so that you can monitor the level of remaining propane in the tank, since we only part-time residents.
