Tabitha (hopefully spelling that right) was great. I really appreciated her attention to detail. It made me feel like she was really helping me look my best. The cold towel was a nice addition to the MVP and I really enjoyed the extra scalp massage that accompanied the shampoo and conditioner.

I can’t remember who cut my hair but she did a great job
I like the hair gel which tames my somewhat frizzy hair and the shampoo with the hot towel treatment which is so relaxing and refreshing. Those are a couple of things I like.

Thank you for the opportunity to share my feedback with you. I always have a very good haircut experience with Amanda, however, I must alert you to my recent experience:
While in the locker room, having a hot towel shampoo and cold towel condition, there was a person that I believe to be the salon manager and/or owner who continued to bark loudly at my stylist and the stylist in the next chair with her customer. This person continued to complain about settings on the washing machine, using mild form of vulgarity and not continuing to stop her barking. Once my cold towel was on this person settled next to me and continued on with the conversation with my stylist while she was conditioning my hair. This was a disconcerting situation for me. It was not the first time. This is the only reason I am bringing it up to you now. As my final cold towel was removed, this person was standing just next to me continuing to engage with my stylist all the while my stylist is trying to give me the full experience. Trust me, I understand sport clips is not some kind of spa. I also understand that those few minutes in the locker room are very relaxing to me, and this person once again, has ruined that. Credit to my stylist, Amanda, she tried to gloss over the experience because she knew that I was upset. Once back in the salon for the shoulder rub down and styling, this same person continued in the salon, barking complaints and orders across the salon. Truly, this is not the experience I want to have, nor, any of your other clients.
I completely understand if housekeeping duties must be reassigned to other people because other people have left their station in disarray, but in my opinion, these are housekeeping issues left to individual conversations or team meetings, not during individual client interactions during their haircut. This individual person must be coached/retrained in the area of customer satisfaction. I will once again try sport clips, but hopefully, in a more professional setting. Please understand that this feedback is in no way reflective of my stylist. I only have positive notes for her. This feedback is for you to know my overall experience this last trip to sport clips, which, by the way, I travel nearly 1 hour to have. I certainly do not want to listen to barking and complaints of the staff made by this individual again. I thank you so much for taking this into consideration for your program retraining.
