Huge compliment to Lora at the Klumac Rd of Salisbury for not only a great haircut but also amazing customer service. I’m not much of a talker during haircuts due to my deafness but she made it easy to communicate effectively before removing my hearing device and allowed me to be served accordingly. She never made it awkward, or made me feel uneasy. I know it’s probably not a big deal to most but to me, it was definitely a wow factor for some like myself. I got her name hoping she will stick around for the next cut. The only issue I have with Sports Clip is most of the workers do not stay there and finding that one person like Lora is hard to find.
I arrived about 20 minutes before closing time, and Kisha was very patient, personable and professional with me. She took her time to give me a great cut and even offered to trim my eyebrows. She's the best!
It's so easy to make an appointment and get in quickly. Aso the staff is sooo friendly and helpful.

All the products are good never had an issue but the service was not to my expectations never had an issue but this time I did not ask for a mid fade that’s what she gave me after I said do my usual high fade other then that she did a good job just not happy that she didn’t list
It’s a consistent experience! Jasmine was awesome, as always- she is attentive, kind, and offers her expertise in a collaborative way. The products smell good, the cut is quick and easy, and the end result leaves nothing for wanting.

I always get a good haircut there. I don't like to go to woman-oriented places (I am female) because the employees jump back and forth between several customers at a time. My haircut needs are simple and I appreciate not smelling chemicals like in women's places. I always get the haircut I ask for at Sports Clips without any extras that I don't want. I have been going there for years and have never had any problem or complaint.

Right from day one, when I began coming to this Sports Clip I was taken by Anna Rudd. I was treated professionally by asking how I'd like my hair cut. We had a short conversation about my Late Wife how was a hair stylest as well. Not, every time I come to this location Anna treats me like family. She always remembers how I like my hair done, and she always suess the correct tools. She is very friendly, and always asks about my family. I would recommend Anna to anyone asking me for a hair cutting recommendation.
