I visited the Birkdale location on 3/7, and it was first my first time at this store. There's always a bit of apprehension when you're working with someone for the first time, but within minutes Mandy put any concerns I might have had to rest. She was professional, listened to what I wanted, and then delivered. Is there a more simplistic, yet powerful model for delivering OUTSTANDING customer service? No, that's the one. Rinse and Repeat.

Amelia always does a fantastic job. She takes her time and my haircut is always the way I like it. She is a very nice person and makes me feel like a valued customer. I have never had a bad experience with her or any of the other staff at this location if she is not available.
I would like the scheduling app to allow me to schedule an appointment though sometime during a particular day instead of next up. I have to be near the location. I would like to be able to schedule it a particular time. For example if is 11 and I am tied up until 2 and my stylist is working then, I would like to be able to schedule a 2:00 appointment instead of getting within 5 miles and getting on the list for her next opening.

Terri ,was very nice and did nice job on my hair, it seems as though every time I go there I get somebody different. But I go there for a reason, cuz most of them do a pretty good job. I like the fact that you can watch some sports while you're getting your haircut plus you can get the MVP with a massage hair washing and a cut and dry.
Good haircut, friendly staff, the shampoo, head massage and hot towel are very nice.
Stacy H is amazing with my boys (2abd 6). One has a double crown and the other has a triple crown so cutting their hair takes skill. Stacy H has consistently been able to cut their hair well and as is great with kids.
She’s by far our favourite and have moved with her from the Denver branch to Mooresville.
Wish we could pre-book but that’s out of her control.
