Not crazy about the updated app however the app in general is good. Love our stylist (Max) she is great, and very attentive to the needs of everyone… especially children. This is why she is heavily booked. The location where we go is great and everyone is friendly.

Kiki is awesome. She does a great job and seems like a great person. She's a good representation of what what a good customer facing role should be, kind, professional and talented at her job, but still human and real. Going in and seeing the detail and care she puts into her own hairstyle and appearance makes you feel comfortable that she's in her zone cutting hair.

Hannah was very meticulous and took the time to make sure she gave me the cut I wanted. She offered to wash my hair afterwards since I was going across the street for lunch and it was great. I didn’t know Sports Clips offered hot towel service and a light massage as well. I will definitely be back and will tell others about my good experience!
