Elise is wonderful. She always does excellent work on my hairstyle and has been outstanding cutting my son's hair. She always inquires on recommended products, however, I only use water when styling every morning.

Once you setup your password and learn the system it's easy to pick an appointment with someone you like or next available. Laramie has been my go-to stylist as she listens & works with me on how I like my hair cut. I am 76 so I don't need a buzz cut or a haircut for a 20 year old. The facilities are constantly cleaned and the atmosphere is friendly and professional. The only complaint I have is the price. I think $23 is too much for a simple haircut without washing or blow drying. I don't mind the tip as she does what I want and doesn't change it without talking with me first. I would like a haircut in the $15-$20 range. I have recommended this shop.

I just hope if your system had a way to book timeslot for ppl instead of waiting period of fixed 20mins if theres no one in line or waiting forever in this way it can save time for both, hairstylists and customers.

Lora is the best. She’s always professional and provides a warm and welcoming environment every time I visit. She does a great job cutting and styling my hair when I visit. She and Kesha both have cut my hair and I would recommend either on of them to my friends!
