Clarissa is always great, cordial and conversational, treating her customers like friends. That positive interaction can't be taught; it's in-born. Not to mention that she's very thorough and goes the extra mile to insure that I and others have a wonderful customer service experience. Promote this woman, if it's something that she desires.
